Statement
The
Council’s mission is to provide treatment to adults and children
suffering from an addiction to
alcohol or other drugs, and to educate individuals, community
agencies and health care professionals
on issues related to the prevention and treatment of addictive
diseases. |

Philosophy
Our programs are based on the philosophy that addictive diseases
are chronic and progressive illnesses
that affect the person’s mind, body, spirituality, and emotions.
It is our commitment that every client
entrusted to our care will receive high quality treatment
based on an integration of the best clinical
practices and twelve step programs of recovery.
